For example, the roll cages and tire pressure are significantly reduced to allow for maximum traction against the moving sand.
You will most likely sit in the passenger seats of the car, while your driver does all of the heavy liftings. Be prepared to skid, slide and slip on your seat as your driver will make your way through the golden sand of the desert. The dune bashing goes on for about 20-30 minutes, then the guests will be taken to a central camp in the desert, where you are invited to sit on couches/carpets on the floor and join some traditional activities like henna painting and camel riding. One of the highlights of this experience is a delicious barbecue dinner that follows afterward. There are even live performances while you are eating. Once your meal is over, the adventure finally comes to a close, as you are dropped back to your hotel safely the tour operator.
